Gloomiest Day of the Year

Supposedly today is mathematically, the gloomiest day of the year. I'm feeling alright so far, so I guess my year is looking up then. :)

Anyway, to the crux of this blurb. I don't plan on really updating this with any regularity (I don't even do that with my personal webpage,) but I just wanted to see what the tools and options are available when one "create[s] a blog". I do think it's pretty nifty. So there, now, for the first time, I have a blog. I feel dirty just writing that.
